  • 2 hours a day for the first 10 days

  • 8 hours per week for 4 weeks (max 3 hours per day)
    Consistent support whilst your family adjusts.

    Support may include:

    • Postpartum recovery guidance

    • Help with baby wearing

    • Support with older children

  • 12 hours per week for 6 weeks (max 3 hours per day)
    Deep support for mothers who want to feel truly cared for.

    • Priority scheduling

    • Extended rest support (e.g. baby care whilst you sleep)

    • Partner support and guidance

    • Personalised newborn care plan

  • From birth to 6 weeks postpartum. I am available for practical and emotional support. You can ask me anything from feeding, recovery to newborn worries. I offer ongoing reassurance when you need it most. You could see it a bit like a best friend in your pocket!

  • Includes 1 virtual antenatal session, on call support from 38 weeks and continuous virtual support during birth. I’ll be available by phone or FaceTime throughout your labour, helping you stay calm and feel supported every step of the way.

  • Includes ongoing WhatsApp support from 28 weeks until 6 weeks postpartum. 2×1 hour antenatal call, on call from 38 weeks, support throughout birth and 3 ×1 hour postnatal call. All will be tailored to your personal situation so you have everything you need from bump to baby.
